There is much to recommend this property, particularly for 1/2 people. The kitchen area and bathroom are updated, the space is quiet, and the location is convenient. The host is accessible and followed up during my stay to check on comfort. The cleaning was tolerable, which is the primary reason why my review is not 5 stars. However, that is an easy thing to improve and might be different for other times so I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others!

Everything ran very smoothly. The apartment is very close to the historic area of Orleans, practically on the bank of Laura river, between two bridges. It's clean and comfortable, equipped with all necessary things. It was not that difficult to find a parking place on the street despite Laura River Festival, celebrated on those days. Disadvantage - no small or big shops nearby...at least we did not see them. The hostess Myriam was very friendly and assisted us by telephone in all our requests.

Miryam était une personne malhonnête avec moi pour m'avoir facturé pour des dommages à l'appartement que je suis sûr que je n'ai pas fait, quand j'y ai quitté l'appartement était intact, maintenant après 15 jours elle a simplement facturé un montant sur ma carte. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

Le logement est très bien situé et extrêmement agréable, encore plus lorsqu'il fait beau ! Qui plus est, Myriam est une hôte d'une grande gentillesse, très disponible et serviable. Cela rend le logement d'autant plus appréciable.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour. J'ai pu me garer facilement sur le quai. L'appartement est charmant, bien équipé et très très calme ! On peut se promener le long de la Loire toute proche. Le centre ville et les magasins sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Très bon accueil de la part de Myriam qui est vraiment disponible et à l'écoute.

We were so very pleased with your apartment! Everything was so clean and uncluttered. The bathroom was beautiful and the kitchen so very well supplied with all we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very quiet but so near to the centre of Orléans and all it has to offer. You were always in touch with us and we will certainly recommend this “home away from home” to all.
