Location, Value and a Great Host. Definitely an awesome option for those visiting Lille via train

The host was awesome with communications and instructions. Access to the key was easy. The location was excellent, especially if you are arriving via rail. Short walking distance to the center of town or the train stations. The apartment was very nice, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Recommend it for families or anyone needing a 2 bedroom place to stay. Lots of shopping and dining options very close by.

The apartment does not have air conditioner or fans, so it was very hot both day and at night which made it difficult to sleep. While in the apartment you can open the window which cooled things down, but it also let in a lot of mosquitoes which unfortunately attacked my wife and son while they slept, leaving scratchy welts in the morning. We previously lived in Lille and know this is a normal problem for the area, so we were not surprised. While it was not a problem for us, consideration for those with limited mobility is that there is no lift or elevator to the apartment.

A comfortable stay in a bright flat in an excellent location.

The apartment was so well located, only 10 minutes from the euro station and a 10 minute walk into Lille old town. Also the flat was lovely and clean and had everything 3 sisters needed to enjoy a few days away. Close to a lovely bakery for morning pastries too.

The apartment was on the 1st floor and unfortunately the 2nd floor flat occupants were noisy late at night which disturbed us. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

self-catering but plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Spacious comfortable clean accommodation. There was a double bed settee in the living room. Originally our 2 daughters shared the double bed in the second bedroom, but it got very warm in there with the 2 girls sharing so one daughter slept on the bed settee instead.(Unfortunately there wasn't a window you could open to the outside in the second bedroom ). Everything was very clean. Very convenient location for the city. Good communication with Antoine.

Great for a stay in Lille.

Very good location in the centre of the city, close to both train stations. Very quiet with windows shut at night. We had three people only - so plenty of room for our stay Large dining/living area with lots of windows. One bedroom with external windows, one without. Everything works and the apartment has all all that required for a stay. We stayed for 3 nights. We did not cook on the premises we simply chose to eat out each night.

Fantastic apartment, perfect for a few days in Lille! So conveniently located just a few minutes from both train stations in Lille and very close to huge shopping centre and many restaurants, cafes and bars. A town centre apartment but bedrooms not noisy at all! Clean, comfortable, spacious, modern and very well equipped - we had everything we needed! The owners were incredibly quick to answer any queries and very helpful. Communication was excellent. Entry is via a keypad and key safe system and the owner messages very clear instructions with photos - as a bonus we were allowed in a few hours early as the apartment was ready. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the apartment!

Die Lage war super, nah zum Bahnhof, zur Innen-Altstadt und trotzdem nicht laut. In der Wohnung war alles was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Antoine war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.
