It’s a lovely building sympathetically restored and a great space to be in.
It’s well maintained, clean and well resourced. The staff communicate really well.
It’s a slightly odd arrangement so you have to go upstairs when you need the loo and the stairs are VERY slippery in socks! A little warning to bring indoors shoes?

Awesome stay. Nice location. Great experience in this century old building
Too many stairs 😊

Stunning interior, very high standard of furnishings, designated parking
The stairs were a little difficult for one family member and a bit dark

Interesting restored building in the centre of town. Comfortable sofas and beds.
There are a lot of stairs. This is mentioned in the listing but did not expect so many. 19 up to the lounge/kitchen then 28 to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Take your own dishwasher tablets, body wash/lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Dishwasher door is broken. Kitchen worktop is very high, and undercounter lights are also too high so shine in you eyes. Being town centre there is traffic noise, can keep you away of you are a light sleeper. There is no spare key and easy to lock yourself out.

Character and comfortable large space for a large family
There is not a lot in Cupar (we knew that) but it is well located for East Fife. As long as you don’t need too much in the evenings it’s well located and a good base.

Everything!
Bed in red room was not level and very uncomfortable on the side nearest the door.
Ensuite in red room had a bad smell.
Traffic noise.
We were aware of these points as this is our second visit so obviously weren't put off!

Very well situated within Cupar for shops restaurants and local transport. Very spacious but cosy and warm and loving the old nostalgic building. A wonderful experience to spend a few days in.

A very special place with ample space and quirky features. Comfortable and warm. Quite a few stairs which could make it tricky for those with mobility issues, but for us it was a joy to stay somewhere so interesting. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep.

Brilliant accommodation in this lovely historical building right in the town centre. You can feel the history of the building when inside which really adds to it's charm and makes it such a special stay.
The living area is huge but at the same time warm and cosy. The lighting and decor make it a very comfortable place to be. We were there in winter and looked forward to being there in the dark evenings, relaxing as a family together at end of a busy day.
The whole place is well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Modern kitchen with all the mods cons and large dining table. Beds are very comfortable and both bedrooms have modern bathrooms. Smaller blue bedroom has shutters to help block out noise and light...we put our kids there and they slept so well. They loved the whole place. There was some street noise in the red bedroom in the mornings but it didn't bother us at all.
Owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful.
I would highly recommend this accommodation to others.
We would love to stay again in the future.

The location was right in the middle of the town so great access to all the shops and amenities. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped.
Be aware that there are a lot of stairs. This didn't bother us but could be an issue for some.

Spacious and luxurious but also very comfortable, cosy and homely.
Front bedroom has the comfiest bed I've ever slept in!
Convenient for shops, restaurants, takeaways, everything in easy walking distance.
Free private parking space.
There are a lot of stairs, and both bathrooms are upstairs so not the most convenient in the evenings - something to be aware of if you have any reason to struggle on the stairs. Altho good exercise during your stay if you're able!
There is some road noise being so central, but it didn't spoil it for us, mainly early in the morning as trucks do deliveries etc.

Nice spacious rooms.
No heating on first night. Toilet in back bedroom did not flush. No toilet on same floor as living room. Not a fault of apartment owners but v noisy with traffic during the night - night 2 screaming in the street until about 2:00am when police arrived.

Cupar is a nice little village
Apartment was covered in dust, living room and stairwells. I appreciate that it is a heritage building, but, it was so noisy when the lorries came past ( From about 3.30am) it shook the bed! Im sure they could put secondary double glazing in. There are some more complaints but they are for fife borough Council, very disapointed

Beautiful furnishings in perhaps the best location in Cupar. Wonderful attention to detail and the extras such fruit, milk and freshly baked bread left for our arrival. Beth answered the phone anytime we required info. Can't rate highly enough.
Absolutely nothing.

Historic building, converted to a high standard
Town centre a bit lively at times and traffic noise in the background -windows are original and not insulated but this did not spoil our stay, just something to get used to.

We loved the grandeur, the high ceilings and big spaces. It was very well equipped and stunning value for money.
The kitchen was poorly lit. If you don’t like town centres then don’t stay here.as it is noisy. We didn’t mind this.
