The apartment was really well placed for the city and had a parking space. It had everything you would need and extras like tea, coffee and comfortable lounge. Lots of good towels.

A £200 breakage deposit. But wasnt taken

The location was perfect and a beautiful view. Very comfortable and clean.

Location, cleanliness and responsiveness of host dealing with questions. Good sized rooms and they were comfortable including bedrooms, helpful for a longer stay and great view. Lift was good (being on 3rd floor). and parking availability made things easier. Communication great. All appliances you need for a short stay. With only one bathroom I was concerned that might be difficult but actually we managed fine - just had to be mindful of each other!

I had to work a couple of days and no desk in premises and table was not totally suitable. Kitchen equipment was appropriate for short stay, would have liked a cafetiere rather than pods (personal preference). Having one key was awkward at times and needed careful planning when we were all out at different times. All minor points.

Very homely stay! Mother loved the coffee machine she bought herself one when we returned home. The staff was great as we had some issues accessing the building and some car troubles. The manager came back with a bottle of Prosecco for my mum as we was staying for her birthday and enjoying BBC radio 1s big weekend!! Fabulous stay 😎

The apartment was very clean and comfortable!

We had to contact the site manager many times. We had no knives except case knives, no ice trays, no commode plunger, which was needed, no commode brush, 2 out of 4 light bulbs were out in the kitchen. The PDF file for the appliances did not match the old appliances in the kitchen. We finally figured out how to cook a pizza only to have to cut it with scissors. Sean did answer my texts and finally he brought us air freshener and a measuring cup, but no plunger! A housekeeper was sent over who changed the light bulbs. We finally got the commode to flush, but never got a plunger. The apartment would have been great if there hadn’t been these deficiencies! Sean, tried hard to do what he could, but was limited in getting things that were needed. He said they were getting some updated appliances! We were told the Manager was going to come by the second day and make a list of what was needed, but never showed up, due to personal issues!

This apartment is in a beautiful setting. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything you need.

Fantastic apartment. Clean, and we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host were very easy to reach and helpful when we needed them. Good central location and good proximity to shops, restaurants, and other activities. Will definitely stay again.

Bedrooms were great, comfy beds. Good toilet with good flush. Location was alright, 15 minutes walk from town centre and a 5 minutes drive to Tesco.

There were missing light fixtures, bathtub felt dangerous and scary to get into as it was so high. Bathroom sink made a ringing sound and the kitchen hot water tap was hanging off. Place needs a bit of refurbishment as door paint was chipped and there was bits on the bathroom wall that needed done over. A bit above kitchen extractor fan was hanging off ceiling. Balcony didnt feel very safe to go on. Oven numbers were worn away so couldnt see what temperature and the button was missing for the timer.

A few things needed attention- oven all settings worn off unable to use. Middle bedroom window didn’t close. Needs general attention to finish in bathroom and kitchen.

Beautiful views, great services and facilities. Has everything from pots, pan, kettle, and even coffee machine. Lovely apartment.

Only one toilet.

This gorgeous apartment was in a great position overlooking the river. Handy for the bus, including the hop on-hop off just by the quay. Parking was available right outside and communication with the owner was easy. Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

Brilliantly situated comfortable apartment with everything you could need nearby. Local attractions like Discovery Point, Unicorn and V&A and the stop for the sightseeing bus all within walking distance. The apartment was a great base for the day and for the evening it was comfortable to relax and chill out. Thoughtful extras which are not usually included with self-catered apartments were included which made it all so much easier and really enhanced our break.

Excellant location; Very Spacious bedrooms x 3 doubles; Large bath towels and a hand towel was provided for 6 guests; Owners easy to contact and happy to oblige any problem.

Communication beforehand was great, easy to get the keys. Flat was immaculate and nice and quiet. Great location!

Did not actually stay in this apartment but another one because there was a problem with the boiler. Appreciated not having to look for alternative ourselves. Spacious bedrooms Well decorated.

It was in a much noisier location beside a bar and further away from centre. Bedrooms in the basement /below pavement level so no windows with view. Small kitchen Would have appreciated being given a discount to acknowledge the poorer setting.
