Beautiful apartment perfectly placed!

Amazing location in Kirkcaldy town centre very close to all amenities including the bus and train stations. Beautiful apartment which was spacious and bright and had everything we needed.

My only complaint would be that the heating could have been put on prior to our arrival as it was very cold. It did warm up quickly however.

Perfect location. Gorgeous flat, freshly decorated to high spec, with town square view to front and quiet garden bedroom view to back. Clean and had everything we needed. Responsive, helpful hosts. Codes and key safe for entry meant efficient check in and out.

We liked everything. But it’s worth being aware that parking in immediate area is time limited - fine if like us you are happy to offload and then move car to train station - then a short 5 min walk back to apartment. Hosts left a helpful note explaining this on main door.

Great place to stay if visiting Kirkcaldy, walking distance to everything.

Excellent location, felt secure and had everything we needed. Could probably do with a visitors guide to restaurants and places to go. There maybe was one but we didn't see it.We use Booking.com often all over Scotland and this was one of the better stays.

Good location, but cleanliness could be better

The location of property and the ease of getting in. Facilities were good to, albeit we didn’t make use of most of them.

The dirty bed throw and stains on the nylon/polyester duvet cover. No mattress cover, only a see through sheet.

Comfortable stay with great connectivity to train and bus stations!

The connectivity and proximity to essentials stores, train, and bus stations. Propert is Clean and contains everything that is required to stay at length. A lotnof natural light in all rooms, so it is very refreshing! Thank you :) to Marryanne who runs the property and Ryan who maintains the property; both are very supportive and friendly. Very prompt to calls, messages and addresses any questions that you may have. Highly recommended and looking forward to staying at the property for future visits to edinburgh! Easy to get to from the train. There was a washer/dryer in the building. It was clean & comfy.

Kirkcaldy itself is a bit run-down, but the apartment was fine for a short stay.

The apartment was really nice—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, comfort and quietness. I would definitely recommend it to others.

A home from home experience with a touch of class.

It was excellent and it comes highly recommended. It was cosy, clean, with all mod cons such as washing machine facilities and a dishwasher. I was most impressed. Well done for an excellent service.

Good central accommodation, high standard

Very central, great location to easily walk to railway station, shops and amenities. Pleasant environment, quiet and safe, with appealing views to main town square. Accommodation of high standard, secure premises with all necessary facilities thought of and in place.

Accommodation is of high standard. Very minor issues occurred to me during my stay. Main front door is heavy and challenging to open when entering with luggage. Not much clearance space to get bags in and out front doorway. Especially difficult if travelling solo. Inside apartment it would be good to have coat rack/area in entranceway for coats and outdoor wear. If wet or Wintry weather, you would not want to take coats /boots into main lounge area or bedroom. Would be good to be able to open a window in main area for fresh air. Good for general ventilation, but especially if/when cooking. Imagine this would be even more important in warm Summer weather. A shelf or similar in bathroom to store toiletries and personal effects (spectacles etc) would be helpful. A wall clock would be another helpful addition to help occupier too.

Very close to everything just walking minutes to bus station and train station and high Street plus only minutes to the beach

The only thing I didn't like is the flight of stairs to get to the apartment which to be fair I didn't ask for ground floor

Lovely appt with a nice view on the market. Close to a (not so fany) indoor mall and the trainstation to Edingburgh. In the big bedroom you have a lot of privacy and hear the nice sound of seagulls.

It was close to the beach and the apartment was fantastic and had everything including towels soap shampoo conditioner toilet roll hairdryer etc I literally didn’t need to take extras there was also dishwasher then washing machine and tumble dryer downstairs in utilities room just brilliant I will definitely go bk there 😊

The flat was beautifully decorated, in a good location, it was clean , the bed was comfortable.

For the price paid, there should have been tea, coffee , sugar, and milk supplied. The front door lock didn't work, which was fixed after I reported it. However, it stopped working again after a little while. Also, it would have been great to be able to open the windows in the living room.

Nice room in a college town

Well maintained property. Very clean with comfortable bed and sofa bed.

There was an additional security/ damage deposit that was required for the rental. It was not billed through the booking website. Instead, they asked for funds to be sent to their bank separately, which was pretty suspicious at first. I was able to obtain a link for payment instead and paid online. This turned out to be legitimate, and the deposit was returned upon checkout.

- very clean -everything needed for a family of 4, including some jigsaws and books for the children - washing machine and tumble dryer available to use in the communal area if needed -free Wi-Fi and use of Netflix - apartment 3 very spacious, we had 2 adults and 2 children in there with plenty of room - very handy having the kitchen facilities, fridge and freezer available - perfect location

- nothing not to like really, however we did find the pull out bed in the living room slightly uncomfortable, maybe a thicker mattress topper or something would help this, it sank abit in the middle but fine for a couple of nights. Also, don’t sit on the end of the pull out bed, the stand doesn’t like it and tries to fold under
