Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en een goede locatie. Het appartement was ruim genoeg en van alle nodige voorzieningen voorzien.

Alles was aanwezig en de accommodatie had alles wat we nodig hadden. Wel zijn enkele zaken aan onderhoud of vernieuwing toe. De airco in de leefruimte lekt wanneer deze onder de 23 graden wordt ingesteld en de douchedeur sluit niet goed, waardoor de badkamer behoorlijk nat wordt. Het bed in de slaapkamer kraakte ook erg, al lag het wel comfortabel. De locatie is een groot pluspunt: het centrum is op korte afstand en veel bezienswaardigheden zijn gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. De buurt Lavapiés, iets verderop, vonden wij persoonlijk wel wat minder aangenaam.

First of all, is at basement, so- no windows, only a terrace that is not a terrace, is like a place between houses, where everybody has laundries outside on balcony and very dirty. Dust everywhere, hair on bedsheets, not clean at all. 2 beds but only one was prepared for sleeping, the one upstairs was without bedsheets, and the floor full of dirt. Ac- are not working properly, i don t know why they dunnot heat even they were set correctly. The girl from the cleaning was with another friend i suppose, and when we arrived the other one left quiqly, not professional at all. And the clean lady also let the washing machine On, with some towels inside and then she gone. So, my advice is to change your cleaning lady and fix the Ac, and show people what really the terrace looks like.
