Cozy Konka Apartments

Our stay at Cozy Konka was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was nice and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Old Tbilisi, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Check-in was easy, and we received great recommendations for exploring the city. The apartment was quiet despite its central location, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere truly lived up to its name—cozy and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Cozy Konka to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

There are two apartments and the one next door was noisy until 1am on Friday night. This can happen anywhere

It's a very nice, cozy apartment. We stayed for a week, even had to extend for one more day. The owners were very attentive and kind. The apartment is very warm, we even had to open the window from time to time. Beds are comfy. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Soap, shampoo, hair dryer. More than enough plates, cups, glasses, a frying pan and pans if you need to boil smth. Washing machine, dryer, warm battery in the bathroom too. Very good location, 10 min walk away from the Peace bridge and park Rike, 5-7 min from Liberty Square metro station. Also bus stop for many buses is right outside the door. It was very quiet in the apartment. Highly recommended! And a very good price!
