Spacious 1BR Apartment In The Heart of Tbilisi

We loved the price first, then we loved the location: theres a big supermarket within 3 minutes walk, old town is across the street, bus to the airport across the river, City Hall 5 minutes walk. The we loved hot water and the ceiling in the bedroom. Absolutely great apartment!

The agency protects themselves from guests who arrive earliear than check in time and they only send out check in instructions at 11:00 AM ON THE DAY. This was very unusual for me when less than 24 hours before check in time my email was still empty, I started panicking. The phone number mentioned on the property's page was redirecting the call to elsewhere and that elsewhere was the office where people work for 9AM till midnight local time. So when I finally got to speak to a human, my monologue was very heated. If you are an impatient person like me prone to panicking, request the check-in instructions in advance.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

Great apartment in the very center of Tbilisi. It is spacious enough for two people, with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful interior design. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. While it was not an issue during winter, it might be uncomfortable in the summer considering how hot Tbilisi can get. Overall, a very nice place and a great choice for a stay in the city center.
