Tiflis Family House

We loved the place! And we loved grandmother who welcomed us and followed us up during our stay! The possibility to live in such an historic place, it is actually the oldest building in old Tblisi, 288 years old, and it feels like a privilege to have the possibility to stay there. There are actually walking tours that go into the backyard and tell the story of the building as it is so special. They say 16 families live/used to live there. The appartement is nice, cozy and spacious and the balcony is perfect for a litt rest. The area is a little rundown, as the buildings are old. But the government is in a process of renovating them. The area has nevertheless a lot of personality and we loved it there! The location is perfect, close to everything, but at the same time calmer than the touristy streets just a few blocks away. We went for breakfast at Dopamine concept, close by, and we really recommend it, it is run by a really nice couple!

Nothing! My mother didn't like that the are looked a litte rundown, but we came quickly to see the charm and history of it.

It was the perfect place to stay from every point of view imaginable and I would recommend it to all!

Nagyon autentikus kis szállás. Remek elhelyezkedés, minden közel van gyalog, és végtelenül aranyosak a házigazdák.A szoba is szuper, a parkolóban is kényelmesen ellehet férni, és a legjobb a teraszon lévő kis beszélgetős hely. Köszönjük, hogy itt lehettünk, 10/10 mindenkinek ajánlom!

Lo gentil d su gente, el apart muy bueno, todo lo necesario para mi estadía d 4 noches! Tranquilo, limpio, independiente! Un lujo! Agradezco el rico vino blanco georgiano q m dejaron para degustar, a Nino y Nelly! Gracias!
