Не смотря на скромные габариты и отсутствие окна, очень удобный, и комфортный вариант. Минимум необходимого есть. Освещение достаточное, можно менять количество ламп и цветовую температуру через клавишу вкл/выкл. SmartTV (LG webOS), хороший WiFi. Чисто и аккуратно. Хозяин всегда на связи, и как нам показалось, не только английский, русский языки, но даже идиш/иврит не проблема :) Тишина полная, максимум только если кто-то поздно заселяется или выезжает. Весь "первый этаж" под аренду, три номера. Одна "ленивая" собака на всю улицу (тупик), нет автомобилей и мопедов. Соседи сверху местные, рады общению с русули ;)
Номер расположен "на земле", в глухом дворе. Внутри очень высокая влажность, запах сырости (и канализации в ванной), часть стены (альков) с мокрыми обоями. Блок кондиционера весь в пыли и черной плесени. Первые апартаменты в Старом Тифлисе, в которых не было бокалов для вина. Так же не оказалось кофеварки (турки/джезвы).
