Красивая, хорошо спроектированная квартира. Супер локация. Все новое, чисто и аккуратно. Есть всё необходимое для жизни. На улице было прохладно. Отапливали обогревателем и кондиционером, бегали босиком) Хозяин отзывчив, быстро реагировал на все наши просьбы -вопросы. Спасибо
1. Огромнейшей проблемой для нас был жуткий запах канализации из ванны... Не помогали никакие ухищрения для избавления от оного. И сливы закрывали-накрывали, и дверь плотно запирали и многое другое - вонь жуткая. Если вы не столь чувствительны, в остальном квартира выше всяких похвал. 2. Это даже не минус, скорее особенность , - надо приноровиться, чтобы пользоваться горячей водой. 3. Тоже не минус, просто надо это знать - квартира на 3 этаже, но зато к ней можно добраться с двух сторон)

Очень приветливый хозяин объекта размещения! Прекрасное расположение - до всех главных достопримечательностей Тбилиси не более 30 минут пешком. Хорошее погружение за счет веранды в атмосферу старого Тбилиси. Сам объект размещения со свежим ремонтом. Хорошая цена.
Могут возникнуть трудности с парковкой так как улочки старого города совсем крохотные.
