There's even a local supermarket, pharmacy, and post office just across the street. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach.
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa(currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting

Wonderful! Perfect for our family! This unit had everything we could have needed and was very clean and safe! The location was perfect for us. The pool was heated, so even on chilly days, the kids were able to swim! Having the restaurant available was great for grabbing drinks and food to go. We will definitely stay again!

This condo is in a great location. The condo itself is on the first floor and gets the afternoon sun which is great for the lanai--which I spent a lot of time out there reading and listening to the fountain which was just outside the unit. There was a little too much furniture on the lanai.
The wine glasses need to be updated. There are only two and they are small, with a thick rim.
I can't say enough good things about the manager, Tammy. While I did have a few issues, Tammy took care of the immediately. She was great! I would consider renting here again.

The shower in the master bedroom needs to be fixed. Half water comes from shower head other from faucet.
This condo could uses a little more dishes and more silverware So you don’t have to run dishwasher so often.
The cushion on the lanai need to be replaced.
