**This unit has recently undergone a complete renovation**
New kitchen & appliances (full size front loading washer and dryer) have been constructed/installed, along with den converted to second bedroom. Furthermore, the unit has all new furniture which includes a new living room sectional sofa, new dining room set & new twinXL tempurpedic beds (which can be converted to one king bed with converter kit), dresser & night stand in the guest bedroom. The primary BR remains a king size bed with new furniture. The living room sports a 75" smart TV, the primary BR has a 65" smart TV and the guest room has a 55" smart TV. The patio/lanai has 2 outdoor recliner chairs and a new patio dining table set.
Cleaning and disinfecting our properties are highest priority and we are following all CDC guidelines.

Park Shore Resorts prime location west of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and famous downtown Naples. There's even a local supermarket, pharmacy, and post office just across the street. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach
The resort offers free WIFI inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa( Currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting
There is an on site restaurant (Hogfish Harry’s).

"A" HAS INCREDIBLE LANAI VIEWS! IT'S ALSO CONVENIENTLY LOCATED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE LOBBY AND SWIMMING POOL. THIS IS A FIRST FLOOR UNIT WITH NO STEPS AND NO NEED FOR ELEVATOR! PARKING IS ACCESSIBLE RIGHT OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR OF UNIT. THIS UNIT IS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH FULL SIZE, FRONT LOADING STACKABLE WASHER AND DRYER.

This condo had everything and more. It was a beautiful home away from home. Owners were lovely and quick to respond. Only negative not knowing about an Administrative charge upon checkin. Otherwise would highly recommend staying here.

this condo was clean, updated and well stocked. had all the amenities that you could want. had great tv's (3 total) we really liked the location. had a view of the canal just outside the first floor screened porch and was just steps away from Hogfish Harry's where we went for our nightly night cap. check in was easy and we liked just having a code to get into unit. we loved the coffee station as well

We really enjoyed the condo. It’s very nice and clean. The lanai furniture was comfortable with a nice view. Bonus was being on the ground floor. Highly recommend. Tammy was always quick to answer any questions also.

I will start with the good. It is shorter.
Nice location. Easy checkin. Nice garden view.
Now the bad.
Tiny, tiny, tiny. Filthy storage areas in the unit. Some furniture Nice, Some from the year one. Very dated unit. The kitchen looks like it is from the 50's. Property manager lied about checkin and entry procedures. This looks like a very old property. It is probably acceptable at half the price. You can get much much better at their price.
