Cleaning and disinfecting our properties are highest priority and we are following all CDC guidelines.
**IN 2016 THIS UNIT HAD UNDERGONE AN ENTIRE RENOVATION INCLUDING NEW KITCHEN, NEW FLOORING, PAINT & LIGHT FIXTURES THROUGHOUT, & NEW FURNITURE!

Park Shore Resorts prime location west of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and famous downtown Naples. There's even a local supermarket, pharmacy, and post office just across the street. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach. There's also a new on site restaurant,
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa(currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting
There is an on site restaurant (Hogfish Harry’s).
This 2 BR(King w/TV, 2 Twins in Guest BR, and Queen sleeper sofa w/upgrade memory foam mattress in LR w/large Flat Screen TV and DVD), 2BA (Tub/Shower combo in Master, shower only in Guest), 1st Floor, West Facing, End Unit w/newly screened lanai in Bldg. F, has incredible views! It's also conveniently located (property map included in the pics) within close proximity to the Lobby, Pool, and Restaurant. No elevator needed for this newly renovated & luxuriously decorated first floor, end unit!!
This unit is also equipped with stackable washer and dryer.
The property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & cooler.
Starting on August 1, 2025 there is $115.00 Resort Security FOB Fee per reservation payable by Guests @ Check-in that provides access to pool, fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts.
Monthly Rental Rates are Based on 28 Day Month.

We had a lovely time this year at our condo. It has been recently renovated with a wine cooler and lighted glass cabinet with many wine and drinking glasses to choose from. It overlooks the water and we saw many birds over the course of the week. The master bedroom is spacious with an office desk and access to the outdoors. This unit is particularly suited to adults and for four of us, it was a perfect stay.

I vacation in Naples a lot, but this is the first time I have taken my 15 and 19-year-old beautiful granddaughters with me. We all had a blast.They said the unit was “bougie.” I felt save letting them go to the pool; the guests all seem nice, and the unit was beautiful. The hosts were kind, and I have always loved Park Shores area. I hope to create more moments with my grands here.

My wife and I have high standards and that perspective is reflected in our review.
The is a lot to offer such as the pool and tennis area. The location is superb being close to Old Naples, grocery stores, and restaurants. The kitchen is excellent. The property managers are very responsive.
What first struck me upon arrival was how the screen door slammed shut as we entered. What captured my attention next was a worn, plastic encased sign on the dining table. The sign stated “Please do not move the dining room table even one inch!! Thank You!!” Because the table is so close to the kitchen island, one would be tempted to move it to allow seating between the table and the island.
The property manager said the owner did not want the table moved because it is heavy. My assessment is that while the table is somewhat heavy, the real issue is the flimsiness of the table. If the table were sturdy, it would have been no issue for two people to move. The ‘seating’ between the table and island is two stools – that are more like foot stools than seats.
Some might think my commentary on the table is over the top. My issue is we could not sit as a family for a meal because of the way the table was situated.
