Park Shore Resorts prime location West of Hwy 41(Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, & famous downtown Naples. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass beach.
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa( Currently out of Service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting
There is an on site restaurant (Hog Fish Harry’s).
This 3rd floor deluxe unit (Bldg.E w/elevator access) provides a gorgeous view of the tropical garden scenery from the private screened lanai.
The deluxe unit 2 BR/2 BA floor plan offers additional square footage, as well as french doors leading directly from the master suite to the screened lanai. Its brightly lit, fully equipped, kitchen offers all of the amenities of home. The spacious living & dining area provides plenty of comfortable seating with a queen sleeper sofa & 4 chair dining table. Sliding glass doors lead to the relaxing & inviting spacious screened lanai w/outdoor dining and chaise lounge seating for your relaxation.
The spacious and inviting master BR (king bed) has flat screen TV, walk in closet, french door access to screened lanai, private en suite bath w/vanity separated from tub/shower/water closet by a pocket door.
Split bedroom floor plan provides guest BR (twin beds) w/closet & direct access to screened lanai. Guest bath can be accessed from hallway or directly from guest BR. This unique design provides en suite guest bath with vanity separated from the shower & water closet area via sliding pocket door.
There's also a new full size front loading stackable washer & dryer inside unit.
The property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & cooler.

Property was as advertised. Items owner should address:
-Balcony doors that did not lock
-2nd bathroom shower door does not slide. Needed to pick it up in its track to move it.
Otherwise our stay was very comfortable.

This clean, cute, well furnished apartment is in a very good location and we enjoyed the lovely garden view and easy access to walking paths and pickleball courts on the property.
We stayed there 9 days. Since there was no housekeeping service, it was surprising that there were no cleaning supplies other than a vacuum cleaner, dish soap, and laundry and dishwasher pods.
Our major complaint is that there was literally no air circulation in the master bedroom and bathroom. When the heat was on, those rooms were chilly compared to the other rooms in the apartment.
The kitchen phone didn’t work. And when the vacuum cleaner didn’t work, we discovered via our own troubleshooting that the electrical outlet didn’t work.
Our impression was that the apartment would benefit from further renovation. For seniors with back issues, the low bathroom sinks, low toilets, and low toilet paper holders were uncomfortable.
And the master bed was very soft, exacerbating my back issue.
That said, our interactions with the owner and with ITrip were very pleasant. The owner even independently elicited feedback from me about the mattress, which he suspected needed replacing.
