Park Shore Resorts prime location West of Hwy 41(Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, & famous downtown Naples. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass beach.
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access, racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa (currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting
There is an on site restaurant (Hog Fish Harry’s).
This 1st floor unit provides a gorgeous water view with surrounding tropical garden scenery from the private screened lanai.
The 2 BR/2 BA floor plan offers direct water views from the main living area, as well as from the guest bedroom. Each providing direct access to the private screened lanai via sliding glass doors.
Its updated, brightly lit, fully equipped, kitchen offers all of the amenities of home.
The spacious living & dining area provides 65" smart TV, plenty of comfortable seating with a curved sofa w/side chair & 4 seat dining table. Sliding glass doors lead to the relaxing & inviting spacious screened lanai w/outdoor dining.
The spacious and inviting master BR (king bed) has 50" flat screen TV, walk in closet, private en suite updated bath w/vanity separated from walk in shower/water closet by a pocket door.

Upgrades !!! Some of these units are very run down. This one clearly was well thought out in terms of the new furniture and fixtures and burning was recently remodeled. It felt upgraded and fresh. And the furniture was sooo comfortable. Tammy at i-trip was also awesome.

My husband and I stayed at the Park Shore Resort condo. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable - all the comforts of home - plenty of space to relax, make a meal, a nice lanai with a lovely water view. The resort is peaceful and serene, there is a great pool to swim in and a short, easy walk to the beautiful ocean! We loved the area because it's walkable and lots to see and do. Oh, there's a great restaurant right at the resort with delicious food and drinks!
