The apartment has incredible views from wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows; It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment is furnished with lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. This unit is two flight up. (and there is an elevator)

ONE MILE FROM THE BEACH. This unit is in the beautiful and famed Park Shore Resort in Naples.
The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks form Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A very short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South and the most cherished 3rd Street South.

Great to have Hogfish Harry’s right on the property. All places should have water filtering ability. Water might be good but most places have clear water.

The condo was great for our family of 4. We were close to the pool, Elliott was easy to communicate with, the condo was nice-I’d recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful week! The condo was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the pool, walking paths, grilling area, pickleball, the restaurant on-site. Perfect!

The location is great, the complex has a nice pool and restaurant, but the unit is in serious need of an update. The owner was very nice and responsive to issues, but the unit was not well stocked. I expect that he will address this for future renters.
