Spacious 3 bedroom condo with modern and comfy coastal decor. Enjoy private beach access and complimentary 24/7 parking to the pristine Park Shore beach located just minutes away (beach pass provided with rental). Private beach pass includes access to private outdoor shower and restroom amenities in Raymond Lutgert Park.
- Convenient 1st floor unit located only steps away from the large heated community pool with outdoor lounge chairs, tables with large umbrellas and two barbeque grills. Surrounding neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for daily strolls.
- Clean and modern interior with three bedrooms (Master includes (1) king + 55" TV, 2nd bedroom (2) twins and dresser and 3rd bedroom (1) queen and office desk with chair). Condo is 100% tiled and has two full bathrooms: Master - glass door with tiled shower, Guest = tub / shower combination.
- Relax in the spacious and quiet lanai that offers a convenient 2nd entrance; perfect for unloading groceries or quick access to the pool / barbeque grill.
- Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All linens, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bath and beach towels provided
- 1 parking space included and ample daytime guest parking at front of building.
- Conveniently located on the west side of Tamiami Blvd, minutes away from Fresh Market and Venetian Village with multiple shops, boutiques and restaurants. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, offering the perfect mix of convenience and privacy for your stay.
- Application required for HOA approval before reservation is confirmed. HOA charges $150 application fee per person or $150 per married couple, collected separately by HOA during application process.

Wonderful stay in a lovely condo in a perfect location

The condo complex is well maintained, clean, safe and quiet. We never heard any noise at night or morning. There are no steps to enter the condo. The nice pool is a few steps from the front porch. There are two clean bike rooms on the property. The Master Bed and Queen bed are very comfortable. I assume these are new mattresses. I did not sleep on the twins. The bedding was great. The bathrooms are updated with great pull out storage drawers so I had plenty of room for all my stuff.The new, updated kitchen had everything you need if you cook, but while in Naples, why cook? The TV's are big and appear new. One in the main living area and the other in the Master. I am not knowledgeable on how TV's work, but they had everything we needed. Parking the car was easy as there are many spaces. This condo is in a great location. It is a 6 minute walk to Mr. Big Fish, Rosati's, Cibao and Hogfish Harry's. Larry's Lunch Box and First Watch are a couple of more minutes. Publix is remodeling so they are not open yet, but Walgreens is still there. . The Beach pass is awesome! We love Park Shore Beach.The owners kept in touch with us and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Their instructions were clear and concise. They called to see if we needed anything. These are really nice people and easy to work with. We loved our stay and hope to return one day.

We were very pleased with this well kept condo in the beautiful Naples neighborhood of Park Shore. The owner was very accommodating and helpful in making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here.

Laine was so easy to contact and always would answer my emails. The condo was so beautiful and had everything you would ever need! The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were super nice! The Beach was only 3.4 minute drive from the condo…having the beach pass made parking a breeze! I would absolutely stay at Laine’s condo again. Thanks again Laine for a fabulous month!!
