About this apartment rental
Second-floor condo, Tiled throughout with beautiful lake views. Park Shore Resort Has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool, Hot tub, covered picnic area, BBQ grills, Basketball, Tennis & Pickleball courts & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples`s Famous Beaches, a peaceful and centrally-located place.
**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**
For reservations made on or after April 8, 2026, this fee is already included in your total booking amount, please disregard the above.

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.
Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool & hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.
The resort`s prime location is West of 41 (Tamiami Trail) it`s within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.
The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.
2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Great location, clean 2bed, great pool & harpoon Harry’s on site. Nice shopping plaza with shops & restaurants a short walk from condo. Would highly recommend

The location and grounds were fine. I thought there should have been nicer pans and a decent knife in the kitchen. King bed was very good. Twin beds were too soft. I was disappointed in the closet and shower doors that were difficult to open and close. Good pillow choices. The info in the book needs updating (some restaurants closed) and info on beach parking would be helpful.Grounds and pool are great.The place has no entry rugs at all. Needs that and a living room. Beach chairs would be nice.

Really loved the location! The communication was perfect. Really enjoyed the pool, restaurant and the grounds. Would love to see a little more update but definitely a place I’d stay again! Very easy to work with!
