Lela, the owner, was incredibly friendly, generous, kind, helpful and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. There is a beautiful garden with great outdoor seating. In season, there would be an abundance of fruit trees. Upstairs there is a balcony with lovely views across Kutasai We were welcomed with a bottle of great homemade wine and chacha to try. The ensuite room was very comfortable, water in the powerful shower was always hot. There is a shared kitchen and dining area accessed 24/7 from the garden. Free tea and coffee provided. Easy 10 minute walk downhill to the center of Kutasai, near to the fountain. There are two convenience stores and bakeries close by. Lela recommended a restaurant on the square by the fountain and it was excellent with reasonable prices. It is located at 18, 2nd Lane, Gelati street. It can be a little difficult to find. Gelati St is on the right of the police station. Go to the top of Gelati Street. There is a Spar convenience store on your right. Keeping the Spar on your right, keep walking uphill. 2nd Lane, Gelati street is about the 2nd or 3rd street on your right. There is a beer shop at the bottom and a sign for Panarama. A short, steep walk takes you there. Highly recommend a stay with Lela at her beautiful place.

Very little at all, however, the WiFi didn't always reach the garden areas and the room wasn't the most soundproofed. In all honesty, these are minor issues at what is an excellent guesthouse.

Everything was great. The location with beautiful view, the hospitality of the owner. The room was clean and had everything what needed, including hairdryer

Affordable and good position

The Bathroom could be a little more equipped and the beds could be a little more comfortable, but if you consider the price, this is complaining on a verry high level
