We checked in at Hotel Grotta & had to wait a short time as we arrived early. Connie on reception was lovely, greeting us with her beautiful smile. She gave us drinks and some delicious chicken pie while we waited on the terrace which had the most beautiful views. We were also upgraded to the most stunning house, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds - just fabulous! All staff were lovely here, just can’t do enough. The sunset from the roof terrace was something that will be with me my whole life. We will 100% return here. Connie …. You’re simply amazing! 🤩

Our stay in Naxos was made truly special by the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience, offering thoughtful recommendations on what to see and do around the island. The accommodation itself was comfortable, well‑equipped, and had everything we needed. A huge bonus was being able to use the facilities at their sister property, Hotel Grotta, just across the road. We happily made full use of the spa, sauna, steam room, and pool — perfect for extra relaxation. Breakfast at Hotel Grotta is exceptional and absolutely worth trying at least once. And whatever you do, don’t miss a sunset from the Hotel Grotta rooftop. Order a glass of their locally made house wine, head up to the third‑floor terrace, stretch out on a sun lounge, and watch the sun sink behind the Portara and Paros Island. Pure magic. But honestly, it’s the people who make this place unforgettable. Connie and Constantina were delightful — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
