Katerina Roza Studios - Heartfelt Hospitality in the City

Loved the place! It is located in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood and the closest bus stop (Naxos General Hospital) is only 1-min walk away. However, bus frequency is somewhat limited. The rooms were spotlessly clean, service was impeccable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also have an in-house paid laundry service which returns your clothes within a day. Our room had a terrace balcony which was airy and spacious. The only possible improvement could be adding a full-length mirror. Even the walk to the port goes through the old town and market, which will be a part of your itinerary anyway, so it’s a win-win. Do take the bus during check-in if you don’t want to destroy the wheels of your luggage though! Overall, would 100% recommend.

Katerina really is an outstanding place to stay! The staff is super helpful, the rooms I stayed in was very nice and had a nice porch to chill out on. The location is really good and just a few minutes walk from the main city, under a minute to the bus stop, and right across the street from a solid gym. I will absolutely be staying here again if I'm ever back in Naxos... without even a second thought!

The apartment was very nice, clean and well located. It also had a nice dining table and terrace perfect for eating and enjoying food. A very nice shower and beds.

We spent three nights at this hotel. When we arrived, the first issue was that the woman who checked us in did not speak English, which made communication very difficult. Later, while unpacking our belongings, a bottle accidentally fell onto a glass-topped table and broke the glass. I immediately went to inform the woman at reception, but she could not understand me. After asking her granddaughter to help translate, I was told that I had to pay €60 for the damage. While I understand that the table was broken, it was a genuine accident, and I do not believe the situation was handled appropriately. To make matters worse, the staff were rude during check-out. What was even more frustrating was that we were given conflicting information about the table. The granddaughter told us that it had been replaced only two days earlier, while the man who later charged us at reception claimed that it had never been broken before. In addition, the hotel was extremely noisy at night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The kitchenette was also very slow and inefficient, which made preparing even simple meals unnecessarily frustrating. Overall, the way this situation was handled was disappointing and unprofessional. Combined with the noise issues and the poor kitchenette facilities, our stay was far from pleasant. I would not recommend staying here.
