The location and views, with a 20 min walk into Grassington. Cleanliness and comfortable room. Good parking facilities and options for guests to park free. Good information from the hosts. I liked the kitchenette that was well stocked with equipment. Idea for walkers to make a packed lunch. Lovely cake on arrival and milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and herbal teas.

This accommodation has everything you need for a compact self catering stay without hiring out a whole home. A lovely cosy yet spacious room where you immediately feel at home. A deceivingly small kitchen area yet you have all the facilities to cook. There was a toaster, microwave, slow cooker and a hot plate should you want to fry or boil. Gorgeous lemon drizzle and a pint of milk was waiting for us on arrival, which was unexpected but very much welcomed. Rebecca was a wonderful host, made checking in and out very easy and really did put a lot of love into providing the perfect stay. The property is a great location to all connecting towns such as Malham and Skipton.

The shower was a little temperamental, either too hot or too cold so it was difficult to have one comfortably but that's my only issue and I'm sure it will get fixed.

Nice, self contained little bedsit. Threshfield is well located for drives thru the dales. Short walk to Grassington, which is a hub of many walking trails.

The location was superb. Very clean.

It was very noisy with being attached to the main property by a standard wooden door. The kitchenette was very limited and we couldn’t even cook eggs for breakfast.
