Perfect location, lovely cosy apartment and patio to sit outside and enjoy a cold drink. The hosts Karen& Adrian were at hand for anything we needed and were a delight to chat with 😊
It's hard to be negative about this gem of a place but if there's anything that could be improved it would be to maybe include a toaster and a more efficient fridge as we do like a nice cold beer or glass of wine. But this would definitely not put us off booking again we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

They were filming aTV show the day we were there, and we loved getting to watch all the action, but then we could easily run back to the room when it was rainy or we needed something.

A great relaxing break in Grassington. The room is only a short stroll from the village centre but it was so quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio.

Fantastic location. Cozy with everything you need. Loved that the host had put milk and bottles of water in the fridge and chocolate biscuits. Free tea coffee sugar herbal tea and sweetners a lovley touch.
