Perfect location with much needed parking!

The location was incredible and the parking was a massive plus. Lots of space and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. It has everything we needed

There was a slight damp/wet dog smell and then a few cleaning issues. There was also no handwash in the toilet. It didnt affect our stay.

Once you stay you won’t want to leave .

Perfect location and a very cosy homely property , we didn’t want to leave , everything was there in the kitchen to be able to cook if needed and the living room is very comfortable as well as the bed . After a day’s walking you have the choice of a relaxing bath or a soothing shower . Parking for one vehicle is a great bonus .

Fantastic location. Parking right outside property. Great base for some lovely walks. Lots of extras supplied including dishwasher tablets, dog biscuits and even washing detergent. Welcome basket a lovely touch.

Perfect little getaway

Loved the apartment very well presented and in a great location. lovely touch with the welcome basket of bits and pieces. Parking was really good also. Couldn't fault anything 10 out of 10 we will definitely be back again.

Degree of noise-bleed from apartment above, but fortunately they were not at home much at all. Having to contact the property company because I didn't receive final details through Booking.com (Incl. actual address + key safe combination).

Great place to stay - ideally located in the village, comfortable and spacious.

Great location in Grassington - tucked away near to the main square and with parking. Really spacious, comfortable and well presented accommodation with a decent kitchen. Ideal place to explore the village from.

Minor gripe; but absence of some useful kitchen items - washing up liquid, paper towels - that you usually find in this kind of accommodation, was a small inconvenience.

Excellent location for walking

Fabulous flat, layout was perfect. I didn’t want to leave!

Check in at 5pm is very late in the dark and trying to check out by 9am was very difficult.

Comfortable for two

This is in a fantastic location. Parking is a little tight if you have a large car but you do get parking which is a huge bonus within Grassington. Lovely apartment on the ground floor of a converted courtyard of cottages. Some lovely features such as well equipped modern kitchen, lovely modern bathroom and spacious lounge. Bedroom is nice with ample storage. Good WiFi but a little slow later on trying to stream Netflix on the smart TV.

The shower head and screen seal needs a good clean or replacement (cleaning company?).The owner let’s dogs in here and with the best will in the world there will always be dog hairs about. The light switch by the door as you go in (we did in the dark) is for the outside light with a sticker on it stating “do not switch off”, we found out why, it was held onto the walk by paint!! Ridiculous. This would be an immediate fail if electrically tested. The tv has a video slot but don’t bother with it as it won’t read the DVD’s, nice touch but a fail. Finally, I tried to book into this property between 6-7pm and my request was rejected by the owner who could do no later than 5:30; guess what, when I called “the property” on the App, it was a lease company that simply had to give me a code for a key safe! So what was the problem with 6pm?
