A charming property, with character and comfort - the cottage has everything needed for a great break, great views with a back garden sun trap - it’s also very close to the centre of Grassington and a short walk down to the river. Highly recommended!

we loved the garden which was enclosed for our two dogs. also lovely patio to sit and enjoy the amazing views.

The location of the property was excellent a with fantastic views out across the dales. The property was a good size and easily big enough for 4 of us.
The property could do with a little bit of updating, a lick of paint here and there, however the property was clean and comfortable and the updating isn’t what you would call urgent.

We stayed for 4 nights over a cold , wet and windy week and found the cottage nice and warm. The beds were comfortable with good linen. The cottage was homely and well equipped with everything you might need. A short walk takes you to the main street and there are easy walks straight from the cottage . Convenient parking in front of the house was appreciated. There were only 2 of us but it has 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 camp beds for bigger families. The pretty garden will be lovely for a summer visit.
The sofa and chairs could be more comfortable and could be cleaner.
