Really great location and perfect for a couple and our little dog. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property was in a perfect location, in the middle of everything but very peaceful and at the property it was set up with everything you could need. Every utensil/pan etc in the kitchen and a cooker, washer and dishwasher. The owner has provided so many useful things that you don’t always get like tea/coffee/foil/bin bags so saves bringing lots from home. Also the closed in garden was very useful when you have a dog.

Central location, had everything you could need whilst on holiday with same appliances as at home. The owner was really lovely, friendly and helpful.

A lovely quiet getaway just steps (literally) from the town center. It was clean and cozy, the host was very responsive when a wind storm tripped a breaker. Just overall lovely.

Cosy, compact little cottage

Lovely, cosy, compact little cottage. Very well equipped & in a great central location. Parking always available at the top of the village so not an issue during our stay but not sure how this would be in the height of the summer.The owner was lovely to deal with & the welcome gift was very much appreciated. Would recommend & we very much hope to return.

Due to the boiler system & it being a studio style set-up, we experienced some boiler noise thru' the night but this was easily rectified by turning the boiler off when we went to bed. There was also no BBC1 via freeview altho' it was available thru' iplayer??

Perfect cottage, in the village

Clean and comfy, fully equipped kitchen, small but perfectly good, for a couple and the dog. In the village so close to pubs, cafes and shops Parking free in the square or other spots around the village.

Cosy and comfy little place, we felt right at home. We'll equipped and very clean.

Nothing to dislike one tiny thing I would have liked a throw on the bed or a bigger quilt...middle of the night we were fighting for more cover.

A beautiful few days in Grassington made all the better by the location of this cottage.

Location is fantastic, cottage was very clean inside and decorated well to a high standard. A bottle of wine on our arrival, nice touch, thanks to the owner. Kitchen is well equipped although we didn't use it much as the town has everything from lovely cafes for breakfast to pub lunches and nice restaurants for dinner. Small cottage but lovely and efficient!

No tables to put a drink on when you sit in the lounge area and watch TV. Had to put glasses and cups on the floor! A couple of small tables similar to the bedside tables near the chair and sofa would work if room permits. Outside furniture was dirty so we had to carry dining chairs out to sit outside, weather was lovely so we would have sat out more if it had been usable.

Quiet street in the centre of the village. There was everything we needed for our five night stay. A comfortable bed.

A bit of a weak one but the bathroom door kept kept swinging open. Could be adjusted. Everything else was great!

Lovely cottage and location great. Idyllic location with great village facilities and right in the beautiful dales.

For the cost I expected top top . I didn’t expect to have rooms from another apartment above our rooms. Noise from above is clearly heard. furnishings and exclusive access to area outside is shared with other apartment. Not aware of this prior to booking. Furniture outside was old. Needs cleaning. The bins had loads of rubbish on top of them from previous inhabitants. Not nice to see on arrival. Bed one side needs new mattresses in my opinion. V expensive for what it offers. Premium pricing one expects premium offering. The owner is very nice and helpful. Harsh feedback but if charging top prices top offering inside apartment need to match.
