There are several apartments in the house, all with access to a shared kitchen, which we found very convenient. The kitchen has two electric cooktops, which could be limiting if several guests wanted to cook at the same time. However, during our stay, the property was not fully booked, so this was not an issue. The owner speaks good English, and together with his wife, they run the property in a very relaxed and welcoming manner. They were always around when needed and even brought us some of their own strawberries and green plums to try. We were also able to use the washing machine, and they provided us with a drying rack. The property is about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the town center. The views from the room were beautiful.

Nothing major to mention, just some personal observations: the mattress was very soft. The toilet was leaking slightly, but it nothing too serious. The shower curtain could not be pulled completely across the shower. The neighbours were quite loud on Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening, although it became quiet during the night.

Georgy is a very kind and helpful host. The accommodation is situated in a quiet neighbourhood though not far from the centre.

Well located, walking distance form the city centre. Clean and modern rooms. The host was nice and helpful.

A very comfortable, clean, spacious, guesthouse in a very good location. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We liked the stay!
