    This hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures. It is extremely run down, if you just want a bed to rest your head then it’s all you need but it’s not great otherwise. Bathroom is basic, sink and shower door broken. The tv didn’t even reach the plug to plug in. Everything was just mix matched and the carpets were grim. The beds weren’t bad and did have a good night sleep but wouldn’t stay again. The price is way too expensive for what you get. You can hear everything from all rooms outside.

    Hi stayed in a Seaview room only *** on a Sunday night the day before was ***.. but room was terrible everything but the tv needed chucking away stuck of dog all day hairs up the side of bed couldn't wait check out ..clearly run for maximum profit absolute dive .....

    Ditto ditto ditto all other reviews about how dirty, smelly and unkempt this hotel is. I wished I’d read the other reviews before booking but I only read views when I want to know about proximity to specific things or particular amenities. I don’t read reviews to determine cleanliness because I assume that ALL hotels will be CLEAN a minimum even if the location is not great or the room is small or there’s not a particularly good view. This place should be condemned.

    The hotel is run down with dirty carpets all around walls need painting and doors all very grubby. No spoons in the bedroom,hair dryer or TV remote. No towels when asked for told they had none and would not be delivered until the next date around 11 or twelve o'clock the next day, but had to vacate between ten eleven the next day. Had to go out and buy our own. They ha e a cabinet on the royal where there was bread and eggs it was not hygienic at all,would not even put dog food in it. No toilet rolls in general toilets you could use,an blocked toilets. Other guests even had mould on ru ni g up their curtains. Was ot a place I would recommend to anyone should give refund. !! As paid £114.00 for a bed just for the night. Do not stay here!!!!
