    Water was cold and they had a camera out side are window creepy staff not happy bout the situation tub was dirty as well

    No one there - not there to help with luggage (and no luggage cart), no coffee, no tea, not even water. Nothing. You have to walk to another hotel for even toilet paper! If you like safety , don't stay here - my wife almost fell out of the 7th floor window!! It was soooo scary!! Oh, and our shower curtain had mold. Yea, I'll never go back to Bartlett Hotel and Guesthouse from hell!!!!

    There is literally no staff on-site. Every single time we had an issue, we had to walk two full blocks just to find someone to talk to. The room was hot as hell with no AC, and the weak fan provided kept short-circuiting. To make matters worse, our mini fridge broke down while filled with perishables. After tracking down maintenance ourselves, the technician said he didn't have time right then, and told us to wait two hours. Having our time wasted while our perishable spoiled is completely unacceptable for paying guests. On top of that, the towels provided in the room had visible stains. Would only recommend if you want to save money, but warning that it is VERY bare bones.
