Excellent hotel with exceptionally low daily rate, knowledgeable and friendly staff, gym. Self-service, light breakfast included. Very accessible to public transportation. Adjacent area with many homeless people, people with disabilities.

Good hotel with best convenience of location. All public transports are very nearby. Easy to explore the city and come back to the hotel. Only concern is the room is very small. I booked a room for 3 adults (1 bed for 2 adults and 1 bunk bed for 1 adult). The room is small. But this is not a major concern because tourists doesnt stay in the hotel for long time in a day. Only for sleeping and getting ready for the day in the morning to go out is the major part in the hotel for tourists. So this can be ignored. But if improved this would be best.

We were here for a weekend getaway in San Francisco. And honestly, this was a surprisingly good hotel for the location and the price that we paid. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. I was honestly shocked for the price and what we got. Even though these hotel rooms are small they are able to make them feel larger than they are. 100% would recommend a stay.

I enjoyed my stay in the sky room. The breakfast is light but sufficient. The staff is very knowledgeable. The location is good for its proximity to public transit and tourist locations HOWEVER you really need to keep your situational awareness on high when you go in and out of the building. I had to leave early (3am) to catch my bus to the airport and the corner across from 7th was flooded with homeless people.
