The decor throughout the hotel was amazing. The room was beautiful, loved the extra seating area in the Queen room. It was great having a restaurant for breakfast and lunch on site.
There was a woman working the front desk during the day who was not very helpful. A little rude.

Fantastic Design and nice staff
Location was Horrible. Homeless everywhere tons of drug addicts. Literally could not leave the hotel at night. Saw ambulance and homeless person getting revived on the sidewalk from my window.

The breakfast was superb! We had the Shakshuka on the rooftop and also had breakfast on the first floor patio restaurant. Excellent food and service.
Hotel is centrally located between two playhouses, the Golden Gate Theatre and the Orpheum, both of which bring me to San Francisco. I highly recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.
I can't think of anything about this hotel that I did not like. Every detail about comfortable accommodations was addressed by the staff and amenities in the room.
