    This place is a diamond in a rut. It's in a sketchy area along Market St but the hotel, staff, a rooftop bar are best in class. It's a short walk to Bill Graham. This was our third time staying here.

    This was an excellent hotel very near to the passport office and Bart. Very easy to get around the city. That staff was absolutely amazing. All staff members I came into contact with went above and beyond for me.

    This is a great hotel. It’s smack in the middle of the Tenderloin, though, which is its strength and weakness. The good thing it’s close to nearly any other neighborhood you want to get to. The bad thing is that you have make your way through some pretty blocks to do that.
