    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

    The hotel is conveniently located in a strategic area, close to Ben Thanh Market, which is a definite advantage. However, I hope improvements can be made regarding the cleanliness of the room. There was a noticeable amount of dust, along with small flying insects present throughout the space. Due to hygiene concerns, I did not feel comfortable using the cups or the kettle, as they were also dusty. Additionally, I noticed what appeared to be a small nest of flies inside the cupboard. Unfortunately, this affected my overall comfort, as I was unable to rest well with the insects constantly flying around, including near the bed and in the restroom. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.
