    It was a mistake in my part when I realized I booked it at a wrong time. In short, we were not able to use the room. Despite knowing that since we just came straight from our flight, we were not properly accommodated nor we have not been helped out in carrying our luggages. The receptionist allowed us to sit yes but did not do anything to help us with our concern. He knows we were not able to utilize the room but did not give us an option to use it at a different date. It was wasted money.
