    Nicely located in the heart of hcm city. But was poorly managed in most aspect. Fortunately we stayed book for 1 night. Conceige is helpful, the moment we arrived, helped us with the luggages & up the stairs way. The lady at the reception has a poor attitude, as though we owe her a living. The room overall is ok for the price, but the cleanliness remains to be seen. The moment we lift the blanket, the bedsheet is very dusty as though nobody have used this bed for a while or the bedsheet was placed on the floor, before putting onto the bed. Toilet bowl flushing was a nightmare, the waste refused to be flushed down. We tried to contact the hotel staff by the phone in the room, but there was no dial tone. So we have to go down in person. The night reception is friendlier, and the technician who came to fix the flushing is also good. Problem solved, but only temporary, next morning, same issue. Overall is not a place I would stay again.

    The location is super convenient, and the price is quite worth it for what you get. I don’t usually spend much time in the room as I prefer to explore outside, so overall, the room was perfectly fine for me—simple, affordable, and nice. The only thing I think they should improve is the shower, as it looks quite worn and used and could probably use a replacement. As for the staff, they seemed quite busy with their personal phones during both check-in and check-out. The female staff member was still very friendly, but unfortunately, the male staff member was not as welcoming. During my check-in, the male staff member assisted me and took my passport for verification. After he was done with it, he simply returned my passport without saying anything and left me waiting there. I would have appreciated a little more friendliness or at least a simple indication that the check-in process was completed. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a convenient, affordable place to stay, but there is definitely some room for improvement in terms of staff service and the condition of the shower.
