    We booked two triple rooms for four nights. When we arrived at the hotel late in the evening, the receptionist informed us that one of our rooms had been swapped for a double room, explaining that a colleague had given our original room to other guests. It was a nightmare; that night, we were forced to book an additional room at another hotel for three of our party, resulting in unexpected extra expenses. The next day, they offered us a room with a bed configuration that could accommodate three people. The staff apologized and were very friendly throughout. I truly hope this doesn't happen again.

    We booked 3 rooms. Duc was asking for 1.5 Million VND for the early check in if we check in at 7:30 AM. So We had breakfast and did not take it, when we got back at around 9AM, Honey allowed us to check in for free. The staff is accommodating and they will always clean the rooms. Near to all most attractions. Will definitely recommend!

    We immediately moved out after we saw the location. We booked Hotel Nicesy but we were transferred to ***-- a very deceiving move, bad business practice. The "hotel" is crumbling, poorly maintained, tiles broken, and the window next to our room is wide open, and accessible via the roof. Anybody can come in. They can't even provide extra room keys. We booked through Agoda to get good prices but to transfer us to an *** room is not acceptable. We applied a refund and Agoda will give it through Agoda cash. Stay away from Hotel Nicesy. We booked this few months back but they treated us that we just booked the rooms just that day. There should be a half star rating because 1 star is too much.
