    The staff were very kind, friendly and accommodating, including the security guards. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to communicate with us and ensure that we felt welcome and comfortable. We truly appreciate their patience and willingness to help. Their excellent service made our experience even more pleasant!

    You get what you pay for il be real. Room was good apart from the flooded bathroom when the shower was on for more than 2 minutes. Highlighted this to the front desk and they sorted it a few hours later but very unbothered and no apology or anything. The fridge-freezer had a fishy smell to it leaving our food and drink smelling unpleasant. No need for an alarm as every morning at 8:30am there was a loud banging noise coming from the corridor.
