The stuff never clean rooms, even if you ask additionally. The window inside the room that you see on pictures is fake. The top floor (rooftop) that suppose to be the place for guests actually technical floor.

My friends and I checked in around 1630 hours, hoping to get our family room with balcony. As it was already late along with our luggages, the lady on the counter did not asked for my booking infomation. She just asked for our passports, which I found it rather weird at the beginning. However, I proceeded as I thought she knew by the number of pax, we had gotten the family room. Mind you, she did not provide any details of the room like the level, or where to proceed. Just handed the keys. We were tired and just wanted to get in to our room, so we did. Upon receving our keys and heading to our room, we found out that it was not the room we asked for. Clearly, the lady did not bother to check. The room was not just right, I felt it was stuffy and since it was a non-balcony room and facing the back of the building, it made me super pissed off. I was already tired and had to accept the terrbile check-in service ever. Head over to the counter, told the lady the room was wrong and how she did not bother to even check my booking. She called her "manager" which I truly do not know who where or who she was even speaking to. She told me that they had to move us to another hotel, rather a seperate two rooms, further away but nearer to the hotel. I simply can't accept that, we had plans to do along the area of this cactusland apartment. My friends and I had to ask for is there other rooms. At first, she said no? but somehow she got a room of a deluxe balcony room with one queen bed but offered to put another bed? please, not only we didnt get our right room, the whole services was so bad. Somehow I had to reiterate on how our room was given away to someone else? Clearly, our booking was made in advances. She claimed it was system issue, even if it is, I'm pretty sure the arrival list would have stated our arrivals. Plus, with her not checking our booking from the beginning, I could assume she had given away. A man who claimed to be another "manager" who mind you, couldnt speak english came to her counter. They were speaking back and forth, infront of us. That was also disrespectful, I mean the lady could have told us, we're working something our rather than seemigly ignoring us when we're already so tired and pissed off. Well we didn't get our initial room, but instead a downgrade room with an extra bed. The man helped proceeded everything. Though everything has been done, I feel rather cheated as if this is the kind of services we're paying for, I surely don't recommend this place. Other than that, luckily the room was clean with great toilet. Location was great, so hence why we chose that area and do NOT wanted to be moved. All in all, the lady at the counter or revenue managing bookings of this place should really improve themselves. It's not fair for travellers or customers to face such ridiculous issue, especially when it is not even the customers or our fault. Also, we did not even get a proper apology. That was our last night in Ho Chi Minh and they surely conclude our trip terribly.
