    Forgot stay with Nhat Ha Maison how many times already, but always is my first choice to stay.

    This is one of my most favourite hotel whenever I visit HCM. The location is great, the room which I booked is clean, comfortable and spacious, and I love the bidet in the toilet. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, starting with the bell boys, the chambermaids, the breakfast team and the receptionists. My last trip was indeed, very interesting for me, to learn more about the staff honesty. I unknowingly dropped my VISA credit card one late night upon returning to the hotel and the next morning, the Manager, Mr Edward called me up to inform me that the chambermaids gave him a credit card that they found outside my door and ask me to collect it from him. I was very thankful to Edward and the chambermaids who found my card, who give it to their Manger for safe keeping and I gave them a very good tip, as my reward for them. On check out, after checking my room, it was all clear with nothing left behind. But while I was at the lobby, another chambermaid came to give me my power bank back, which was left somewhere in the room, which surprised me again and I was very thankful and gave her a tip too. This shows the honesty of all the staff working in this hotel. At the reception counter, Miss Emma, the receptionist, has been very helpful and friendly whenever I call her for any assistance. Overall, I will be staying here again on my next trip and my rating is 9/10.
