We really like the location of this hotel, staffs are friendly and nice, and the breakfast is excellent for the price. The room is okay, but we were disappointed with the bathroom. It is almost impossible to take a shower without getting the entire bathroom floor wet.

Unfortunately for us this wasn’t a great stay. Maybe the rooms with windows have better ventilation however, for us the damp and mould spores was unbearable in both rooms. It was disguised with some strong cleaning detergent which smelt like ammonia there was also oil defusers in the rooms to try and hide the smell, it was overbearing and you could see where the mould had been painted over but still seeped through. We asked to be moved to a different room which unfortunately didn’t make a difference. It actually made us feel poorly so we checked out first thing and booked an *** which was amazing. The staff were lovely the breakfast was actually decent, I would just avoid any rooms with out ventilation/ windows. I don’t know what the other rooms are like as there was non available for when we checked in. I’m not one to complain but I think it’s only fair to mention. Especially if you’re asthmatic, it’s definitely not fit for purpose. We are waiting on a partial refund and lost out on this stay.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Ben Thanh Market and many restaurants, cafés and attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was ok, they do not have a lot of options if you are vegetarian, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main downside was the rooftop pool, which was much smaller than expected and barely comfortable for two people at a time. Overall, it was still a decent stay because of the location and service.

The bathtub is too high, could be dangerous to step in and out, the bathtub mirror wall is short, the water can be splashed out to the floor, and make it even more prone to slipping. The staffs are though polite but lack of smile.
