    Very clean and great for the price. With daily water provided, 2 bottles even though I’m alone. Room is big, with TV, Fridge and generous with cabinets , big bed. Great experience overall.

    We booked for 4 nights. Unfortunately, our experience was super disappointing. On the first night, we noticed a few cockroaches in our room but decided not to report it. However, by the second night, there were so many cockroaches in the room. Some were even flying around and crawling on us while we were showering. We also found a large cockroach crawling on the chair. We reported the issue to the receptionist, but we were told that they could not change our room because the hotel was fully booked. However, we were promised that our room would be changed on the fourth night. The staff even asked us to pack our luggage in the morning so they could help move our belongings to the new room. The next morning, we accidentally forgot to return the access card. When we came back in the evening, however, our room had still not been changed. Instead of addressing our main concern (the large number of cockroaches) the receptionist repeatedly blamed us for not returning the card. Yes, forgetting to return the card was our mistake, and we acknowledge that. However, if the hotel was unsure whether we still wanted to proceed with the room change, they could have easily called or messaged us to confirm. We were already told that the room would be changed, and we had been asked to pack our luggage for the transfer. We were therefore expecting the hotel to follow up with us if there was any confusion. What made the situation worse was the way one of the receptionists spoke to us. She shouted and scolded us over the access card, despite us having already reported the cockroach problem and being promised a room change. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying there, so we decided to book another hotel and leave early. Unfortunately, no refund was given for the unused nights. The cockroach issue was already bad enough, but the way our complaint was handled and the rude treatment from the staff made the experience even worse. I will not recommend this hotel. Super dirty and out dated. The uploaded photos are fake.
