The staff are very nice. The location is very nice. The hotel is worn out. Furniture is scratched. Faucets are difficult. The tub is cracked. The toilet is hard to flush. Poor design for your access to the pool. If you are in the short tower you must go to the lobby to switch elevator. The pool is on the 16 the floor. The elevator goes to the 14th. I didn't care for the buffet. Better value next door at the Oscar Hotel. They are trying to fix the Palace but I don't want to listen to it!

They did not mention all the building work taking place on the first floor, constant noise and concrete jack hammer drill going all the time, hence the Lounge was out of action, this Hotel provide no comfort at all 😡 Considering the price I paid not happy about my recent stay….. 30 day with constant noise from building works taking place. Another this was my Room was not made up, very late into the afternoon, 1.45 pm time and I wanted to rest in my room so I complained and said their service level are totally disgusting seeing I am a guest in your Hotel 😡😡
