    Check in was fast and straight forward. Hotel is located behind a tourist booking centre but a guard at the door will lead you to reception. Reception was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and as described. Rooms serviced daily and hotel was located right next to Ben Thanh Markets. Would highly recommend

    - Pros : location, clean room, good air con - cons : no reception after hours (go thru the travel agency office to get to the elevator) , phone and TV are not working, no separation between the shower and the rest of bathroom so water is all over the floor.
