    The location is good with some restaurants and massage places around the corner. The staff is very polite and always greeting the guests. The cons is you will hear other people talking outside your room as the sound proofing is not very good.

    I think it’s a newer and budget friendly hotel under the kin group. The hotel and rooms are pretty clean. Staff are pretty helpful, shifting luggage’s, opening doors and even assisting with us. Breakfast had a pretty huge spread of options as well. The only downside for the 4 starts for facilities is the weird design at the toilet which the shower water will flow out to the drainage which is outside. So pretty much bathroom will be filled with water. Odd design but everything else is lovely and perfect especially the staff working here.

    We are 4 adults staying in 2 separate rooms. We appreciate the kind and thoughtful gesture of all the counter staff and service staff during breakfast. Indeed they provided excellent and exceptional service. Will definitely return to this hotel

    Overall was alright but I had an incident with the staff entering my room while I was inside without knocking and a Do not disturb sign placed outside. While the manager and staff explain and I trust it was a genuine mistake, I think there is a lack of basic operational protocol for hotel - ie knocking before meeting and never entering a room w guest that has an active stay and DO not Disturb sign
