Kin Hotel Thi Sach Edition

We spent the first and last night of a 2 week trip in Vietnam and the hope was great. Breakfast was a treat very good indeed. The location was fantastic District 1. Our son left his phone in the taxi from the Airport to the Hotel and the staff worked miracles tracking down the driver; we got the phone back that evening, they were great. the rooftop pool and bar was a real sanctuary with fabulous views and the staff were attentive and very welcoming we spent hours enjoying the view and great atmosphere. highly recommended. to sum up the hotel it was a jewel in a very cosmopolitan city.

Exceptional stay! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire visit. They were always smiling and willing to assist with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing us to rest well after exploring the city. The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for visiting Ho Chi Minh City. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended! 10/10

The rooftop pool and bar is lovely with beautiful views over the city. In a good location and breakfast was also good

When we arrived for our last night our internal flight from Hue was delayed so we arrived in the dark. They told us they had upgraded us for no extra cost. We had booked a city view room, but were given a family room, which we didn’t need for two of us and when we woke up and opened the curtains we were facing a building site scaffolding with no view!This was so disappointing as we had wanted to wake up on our last morning to a beautiful city view and that is why we booked this hotel. We advised the manager, but of course this had been our only night at this hotel, so nothing they could do! They had previously said we couldn’t have the room until we needed to leave for a late flight and they then offered us an extra two hours. It was still a disappointment as it was not what we booked and wanted to see first thing in the morning.
