    We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The location was excellent, with many attractions, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after a busy day. The rooftop bar offered beautiful views of the city, especially after sunset. The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help. We also loved the restaurant, where we could enjoy the vibrant street scene while relaxing in a comfortable and elegant setting. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

    We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was one of the highlights, close to everything we needed but away from the crowded streets. The room was spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with our requests. The luggage storage service after check-out was very helpful for our travel plans.

    Everything was great except for the check-in and check-out process. It seemed that the female receptionist was unsure where to check the booking details or whether the payment had already been made. During check-in, it was confirmed that the room had been fully paid for. However, when checking out, I was asked to pay again. After waiting while they rechecked the booking, they finally confirmed that the room had already been paid for. What disappointed me was that no apology was offered for the inconvenience or the confusion caused.
