This is not a true hotel, it’s an apartment block. The 2bedroom apartment is nice with modern functions. However; it’s part of a residence. Also you don’t have access to the swimming pool and fitness centre within the complex. If you wish to use the pool, you would need to let the team know, and they will organise a car to take you somewhere else. We booked based on the fact that we had access to the pools in the photo, but this was not the case. Also needed to pay a $1m bond which would be returned upon check out.

Great apartment however if you coming to explore the city I would not think twice as the flat is away from the lively part of Saigon. The check in was delayed by 2 hrs. We were able to use the pool while waiting but I wasn't very impressed with the greeting. Everything else was pretty good.

According to the booking, it mentioned swimming pools, but they are only accessible to residents. The owners did offer to drive us to a nearby swimming pool. The place is also located next to a bridge, and traffic is very heavy if you use a taxi. We were often stuck for up to an hour just to reach the city center, which is within walking distance but feels unsafe to walk.

I called at 11:00 AM, they confirmed the room is ready at 14:00 PM. I arrived at 14:35 PM and got a staff guided me to the room, just to find out it had not been ready yet. They asked me to wait for 20 minutes so that the cleaners could finish cleaning the room. No explanation, no apologies. They even asked for a deposit of 40 USD without prior notice. When I asked them about cancellation and refund, he said “go ahead with Agoda, not my business”
