    Great hotel, friendly staff and nice room for the price. Breakfast was included altho a bit sparse as it’s a smaller hotel. Located near many restaurants, convenience shops, bars and a nice cafe. Easy to get to popular spots in HCMC.

    I stayed at La Opera Saigon Hotel from 16–19 July, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every staff member made me feel genuinely welcomed. Everyone was so friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness made me feel comfortable throughout my entire stay. The housekeeping team also did an amazing job. My room was cleaned every day, and everything was always neat and well-prepared when I returned after exploring the city. During one night, I experienced some noise from my room. I informed the front desk, and they responded immediately. They sincerely apologized and even offered to move me to another room. I decided to stay because the noise became much quieter after they handled it, but I truly appreciated how quickly and professionally they solved the situation. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. I also want to give a special thank you to one of my favorite staff members (the one in the photo with me 🤍). You were incredibly kind, helpful, and always greeted me with such warmth. Before I left, you said, “Come and stay here again. I hope I can see you again next time. Take care.” Those simple words meant so much to me and became one of the memories I’ll always carry from this trip. Sometimes it’s not just the beautiful room or the location that makes a hotel unforgettable—it’s the people. Thank you for making my birthday trip even more special and for giving me a place that truly felt welcoming. Without a doubt, I will stay at La Opera Saigon Hotel again whenever I return to Ho Chi Minh City. Until next time. 🤍
