    ⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not Family-Friendly We booked 4 family rooms, but upon check-in, we were only given 3 family rooms and 1 deluxe room. We were also suddenly informed about a limit on the number of children allowed in each family room. This should have been clearly communicated before our arrival. The hotel staff were extremely strict and showed very little consideration, especially since we arrived late at night after a long and exhausting journey with our children. The attitude was disappointing and not what we expected from a family-friendly hotel. To make matters worse, one of the rooms had insects that were biting us and causing severe itching. It was very uncomfortable, especially for our children. Another room had a broken door lock. The door could not be properly locked and could only be secured with a hook. This raised serious safety and security concerns. We booked 4 family rooms expecting a comfortable and safe stay, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Overall, we are very disappointed with the service, room conditions and safety standards. We hope the hotel will improve its hospitality, cleanliness and room maintenance.

    This is a reasonably cheap hotel located on Malaysian Street, but the downside is that the staff was rude and not very accommodating, and the room was dirty. There were even cockroaches coming out of the toilet drainage hole. Luckily, we only stayed there for five hours just to pray and shower before heading to Da Lat.
