I booked this place after reading so many positive reviews, especially about how clean it was. However, my actual experience was just average. The property is located at the very end of a quiet alley. I felt a little uneasy when I first arrived, but after staying for two nights, I found the area relatively safe. The location is actually quite good, just one street away from the busy Ben Thanh Market, yet surprisingly quiet. The room was fairly spacious but very basic, with a mini fridge, bottled water, and toiletries. It wasn't as clean as the reviews suggested, especially the walls and bathroom, where some stains were visible. However, the bedsheets were very clean. The property operates on a fully self-check-in system. Room details and access codes are sent through Agoda before arrival, and there is usually no one at reception. On my first day, I didn't realize the information had already been sent, so I called out "Hello" at reception, and someone came out from a room on the ground floor. What concerned me most was that the room door and main entrance used the same access code. It made me wonder whether someone who knew the entrance code could also access my room. This definitely raised some security concerns. Another major downside was the extremely weak shower water pressure. Taking a proper shower could easily take 30 minutes! Overall, this place feels more like a basic apartment than a hotel. The location is convenient and my stay was generally fine, but considering the cleanliness, facilities, and security concerns, I honestly think paying just a little more for a proper hotel would be a better choice.

My room is very spacious and clean. Service was excellent too. This hotel is located on a busy street with bars open late , and it is also near the Bui Vien Walking Street, I could hearing the thumping music through out the night. ALSO, loud gong for 15 minutes at 4am everyday from the temple across the hotel. Earplugs didn't even help

Just fine , juts need to be careful in the toilet as when you take a bath it floods the area.
